What are your rates?

Individual counselling sessions are $100 for 50 minutes. The same rate applies to both in-person and virtual sessions.
Do you accept extended benefits?

As a pre-licensed counsellor, my services are not currently eligible for reimbursement through extended health benefits. My rates reflect my current pre-licensed status.
What payment options are available?

A credit card is required to be kept securely on file. Payment can be made by e-transfer or charged to the card on file and is due at the time of your session. A receipt will be provided following payment.
How can I learn more prior to booking?

I offer a free 15-minute consultation if you'd like to connect before booking your first session. This is a chance to ask any questions you may have, learn a little more about my approach, and see whether we might be a good fit. No counselling takes place during consultation calls.
How do virtual sessions work?

Virtual counselling is available to clients throughout British Columbia through a secure video platform. You will receive a secure link to access your appointment before your session.
What is your cancellation policy?

I kindly ask for at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice and missed appointments will be charged the full session fee to the card on file. Payment must be made before future sessions can be secured.

Parking is available in the lot directly in front of the building.
My office is located on the 5th floor of Landmark 1. When you arrive, take the elevator up to the 5th floor and enter the counselling space. You'll find instructions in the waiting area for letting me know that you've arrived.
Please leave your shoes at the entrance and make yourself comfortable in the waiting area. As other counselling sessions may be taking place nearby, I ask that you keep voices and noise low to help maintain a comfortable and private space for everyone.
